Senior Wedding Planner and Event Consultant

Eve is a dedicated, organized and hard working woman who has a degree in Tourism Studies by the University of Guadalajara, and counts with ten years of experience in the tourism industry.

Before becoming a full time wedding planner, Eve worked tirelessly as a wedding coordinator and event manager for some of the highest rated hotels in Puerto Vallarta, planning, coordinating and supervising numerous unforgettable weddings and events.

Eve also worked as the assistant manager of a boutique hotel for three years; this experience solidified her management skills, and defined her strong organization and negotiation aptitudes.

Thanks to her experience, her friendly personality, and her passion for perfection, numerous couples have expressed that working with Eve and the Eventives team, was the best decision they made after deciding on Puerto Vallarta as the site of their destination wedding.


Corina Torres

Wedding Specialist

Corina is a fun and dynamic young lady. She is a recent Global Studies graduate from UCSB, in Santa Barbara, California. She loves interacting with people and has years of customer service experience.

Although she was born and raised in the United States, she decided to attend high school in México to reconnect with her Mexican roots. This experience allowed her to completely immerse herself into the language and culture of México.

Corina serves as a primary contact for our clients. She follows-up with you regarding information requests, provide guidance about our services, prices and work style; she is also the one to guide you through, and develop an Eventives contract.

Corina is also your go-to-person for advice and help on the topic of planning activities for you, and your guests during your stay in Puerto Vallarta. She will provide you, and your loved ones with the tools you need to make the best out of this wonderful and special experience.

Madelyn Fregoso

Madelyn Fregoso

On-site Event Manager

Maddy is a commited profesional, a perfectionist and a problem-solver. She has planned and coordinated over one hundred successful weddings in Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Maya. Maddy is Eventives’ second Wedding Planner and On-site Event Manager.

She loves the special atmosphere of a destination wedding, and understands that this is also a time to reconnect with family and friends, and to reconnect with family and Friends, and to create everlasting memories. She devotes herself to creating a unique experience for you and your guests.

She will develop the plan and coordinate all facets of the wedding, getting the best vendors according to your needs and keeping you informed of all quotes and details. She will also coordinate all payments and update your expense breakdown, to guarantee everything stays within budget.

On the day of thevent she will personally receive and verify every vendor’s delivery and will also supervise all details of the design, setup, and space distribution of your event, to make sure your special day flows smoothly, and every aspect of the itinerary runs without a glitch.

She draws inspiration from all forms of cinema, fashion, paintings, music, literature & photography. Her favorite hobbies include movie going and salsa dancing.


Erika Horváth

Event Supervisor

Erika is an inspirational woman, passionate about life, and devoted to finding balance and wellbeing in body, mind and spirit.

Originally from Hungary, she decided to visit Mexico and fell in love with this country. After 15 years and counting, Mexico has been her place of residence and has become her second home. She has managed to adapt perfectly to the Mexican culture, and has exceptionally mastered the Spanish language.

Erika worked for the Hungarian Embassy as a representative and distributor of Hungarian wine. During her residence in Mexico, she has worked with important restaurants in Mexico City and Puebla. She has also collaborated with high-end hotels and other establishments in the touristic industry in Puerto Vallarta.

Her proactive and diverse personality has led her to become a key member of our team. Thanks to her constant attention to detail and impeccable performance, Eventives guarantees a successful event, every time she is on board!
